ACADEMY

LURE BEAUTY ACADEMY was established to cultivate “Beautician Beauty Advisors” — total beauty professionals who transcend the traditional role of a hairstylist.
When you hear the word “beautician,” do you picture someone who cuts, colors, or gives perms? A beautician’s license is, in fact, a national qualification. As licensed beauty professionals, isn’t it natural to aspire to become specialists in all aspects of beauty? More and more license holders are seeking paths beyond cutting and coloring — looking for careers where they can fully utilize their qualifications. That’s why we launched the Beautician & Beauty Advisor Program — a comprehensive training initiative designed to benefit hairstylists, salon owners, and the beauty industry as a whole.

What is a “Beautician Beauty Advisor”?

A Beautician & Beauty Advisor is a total beauty expert
who goes beyond conventional hairstyling to offer comprehensive beauty solutions.

This new role opens the door to numerous advantages and can address the many challenges faced by both hairstylists and salons. It also boosts client satisfaction — delivering benefits for everyone involved. As beauty needs diversify, more salons are branding themselves as “total beauty salons.” However, most simply merely add services like nails, eyelash extensions, or head spas to the standard hair menu. Yet while often neglecting facial care. By establishing a new standard of placing Beautician Advisors in salons, we aim to make facial care a natural part of the salon experience.

CARENESS, with its unwavering commitment to beauty, launched the

Beautician & Beauty Advisor Training Program

to make this vision a reality.

The Beautician certification system consists of three tiers. The Beauty Advisor learns both skin-related knowledge and techniques for making effective in-store product recommendations. The Beautician acquires more advanced theory and practical facial skills. From there, they can move up to become Master Beauticians and serve as certified instructors. This intensive 4-to-7-day training program covers everything from skin theory and beauty fundamentals to practical model-based lessons (Beauticians only), customer consultation role-plays, and salon-ready techniques.

Though short in duration, the course is packed with LBA’s proven methods and deep expertise. The program schedule is tailored as much as possible to accommodate salon duties, allowing participants to complete it within about one month. We also provide guidance on applying for available subsidies, if needed.

Strengthen your proposal skills through hands-on success and real-world experience.

Beauty Advisors are trained to enhance their in-store sales and proposal skills, enabling them to offer the most suitable beauty plans for each customer. Goals are tailored to each individual’s skill level and challenges, allowing them to build confidence by achieving success step by step. This significantly boosts their ability to make effective proposals, leading to higher customer satisfaction. The program also enhances the overall sales power of the salon and serves as a foundation for staff development, making it ideal for onboarding new employees.

02POINT

High-Impact, Short-Term Program

The training spans 4 to 7 days and includes foundational knowledge such as skin theory and beauty basics, hands-on practice through model lessons (for Beauticians), and role-playing for client consultations and proposals — all designed to be applied in the salon immediately. Though the duration is short, the program is rich in content, built on LBA’s expertise and proven methods. Schedules are coordinated to suit each participant’s salon responsibilities, aiming for completion within about one month. Assistance with subsidy applications is also available if needed.

Course Start

Assignments will be given during training to help participants overcome difficulties faced in daily salon work. For private sessions, we’ll review hands-on techniques and communication using video to identify goals for the next session.

Certification Exam

Successful candidates will receive a diploma. Beauticians will also be awarded a certification badge, a white coat, and personalized business cards.

05STEP

Post-Training Support

We provide ongoing support after the course through group chats and other platforms. Participants can share their successes, seek advice, and stay motivated as they continue working toward their goals.
